Test-tube births decline as embryos per attempt drop
A study in the New England Journal of Medicine finds a national decrease in multiple births from in vitro fertilization as doctors implant fewer embryos per attempt. From 1995 to 2001 the average embryos per attempt fell from four to three, with triplets and higher declines from 11 to 7 percent, while overall IVF success rose.

Measles warning widened for flights carrying adopted children
