Judge sentences Lee to jail and probation after plea
Judge Lawrence Mira ordered Lee to serve six months to a year in jail followed by three years of probation. In exchange for the plea, charges of child abuse and unlawful firearm possession will be dropped, with sentencing set for May 20.
