Hustler publisher Larry Flynt and brother Jimmy face nine counts of pandering obscenity three counts of distributing material harmful to juveniles two counts of conspiracy to engage in a pattern of corrupt activity and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity in Cincinnati Ohio The case stems from sales at Flynt downtown store including an obscene videotape to a 14 year old The maximum penalty for all charges could reach 24 years in prison with possible probation
