Born September 27, 1915, in Ottawa to George and Mary Hayward, she grew up there, attended Ottawa High School, and married Swede Johnson before divorcing. She later married Mount Young, moved to Sacramento, and remained active at First Christian Church, Ottawa. Survived by son Ronnie Johnson of Olathe, grandson Ty Johnson of Rena, Michigan, granddaughter Teal Hermrick of Vassar, Kansas, and three great grandchildren. preceded in death by brother Millard Hayward and sister Ruby Mcintosh.
