Norman Bigsby of Evans Road Pennellville RD 1 died Saturday night at Upstate Medical Center Syracuse from head and internal injuries after a car struck him near Evans Road. He darted across the road to reach his cousins Michael and Kathleen Smith. Gary Mowers of Woodridge Pennellville operated the car that struck him after cresting a hill. The accident occurred about 3 45 pm and the boy was carried about 100 feet before the fall. Deputies led by Lt. Thomas Tiefke investigated the fatal incident.
