In Columbia North Carolina AP report says a United States official is sought for questioning in the deaths of a family found burned in a swamp near an eastern village. The victims are identified as the Bradford family and Bishop's mother wife and three children. Police traced the family to Montgomery County Maryland where they lived. The bodies were in a burned grave area about 300 miles from their home in the Washington DC suburbs. The case remains under investigation and the official was reported missing in Maryland while authorities pursue leads.
