Two teens charged with drug possession on Route 81
Filip Roman and Richard Casserino, both 19, were detained by BCI Investigator J M Doyle at 12 15 p m Thursday and charged with criminal possession of a dangerous drug in the sixth degree after marijuana was found in a pickup with a camper on Route 81 in Richland Town. They received appearance tickets to July 2 before Justice Marshall Minot.
