Rochester youth faces three charges after Route 104 chase
A 17 year old Rochester youth was arrested in Oswego County jail on three charges after a high speed pursuit from Fruit Valley to Red Creek on Route 104. He was clocked at 67 mph in a 45 zone and held on speeding, drunken driving and unlicensed operator charges.
