Obituary: Thomas E. Joyce Oswego Family Man and Union Leader
Thomas E. Joyce, 78, of Oswego, died June 22, 2013, at St. Luke Health Services. He married Mary Agnes Wallace in 1960 and they raised four children and eight grandchildren. A Niagara Mohawk employee for 36 years, he was a Navy veteran, active parishioner at Saint Marys Church, and longtime member of the Oswego Elks Lodge American Legion Knights of Columbus and IBEW Local 478. He served as recording secretary for IBEW for 27 years and enjoyed golf and winters in Myrtle Beach.
