Oswego seeks revitalization plan with czb study
Oswego officials and czb begin a nine month neighborhood revitalization study funded by Shineman grant to apply Jamestown model. Paul Stewart of Oswego Renaissance Association says aim is to spur market improvement, housing investment, and stronger community image without relying on more government money. Local leaders, SUNY Oswego, banks and businesses will participate as data is collected and options examined.
