Oswego Adopts Housing Code Ordinance for Residential Premises
The Oswego Common Council enacts Chapter XXXVII Housing Code establishing standards for residential premises. It details definitions, occupancy classifications, space and light rules, exits, maintenance, fire safety, plumbing, heating, electrical and related equipment, and applies to one and two family dwellings, multiple residences, and accessory structures.
