The Soviet Union will build a $2 million embassy in Chevy Chase northwest Washington in a private section. Neighbors protested but the District Board of Zoning Adjustment overruled objections about sightseeing buses anti Communist pickets and traffic. The current embassy lies downtown near the White House.
