In Sand Ridge the residents led by Barbara Bonawitz urged inspection of the trailer park drainage after sewage concerns. Owner representatives argued the ditch held surface water and a pipe plug was installed to stop sewage flow. The town sent the issue to the State Health Department while considering mosquito risk near the Phoenix Shopping Plaza.
