Woman forged prescription in Fulton faces felony charge
Phoenix woman Tracy L. Esposito, 43, admitted using a forged state prescription form at Medicine Place in Fulton to obtain 180 Oxycodone pills. She was charged with second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. In a separate case, Roger M. Allen Jr., 56, faces two counts of first degree criminal contempt after violating a yearlong stay away order twice in one week. Allen previously assaulted the same victim in April, causing visible injuries. Other blotter items include a verbal dispute at 406 Waldrat St that led to six misdemeanors for Nichole L. Capria and Jordan C. Hart, with both accused of harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Oswego BOCES honors nursing assistant graduates
In Mexico a pinning ceremony recognized Oswego County BOCES nursing assistant students who completed the program. Lead instructor Lori Giver son and nurse instructors Patricia Brancato and Barbara Smith presented each honoree a Cacusa pin and had them recite the Nightingale Pledge. The program blends classroom study with clinical experiences to prepare students for the New York State Nurse Aide Certification and health care careers, with opportunities at local hospitals and long term care facilities.
