Judge accepts insanity plea in Colo. theater shooting case
In Centennial Colorado Judge Carlos Samour Jr accepts James Holmes not guilty by reason of insanity and orders a mental evaluation at Pueblo. Prosecutors seek the death penalty as Holmes faces over 160 murder and attempted murder counts and a 40 000 page file is to be reviewed before a trial possibly set for February.
