Couple Suffers Neck Injuries in Route 3 Rear-End Crash
An Oswego couple received whiplash in a rear-end collision on Route 3 at Hannibal Street in Granby Town Saturday afternoon. Charles Mangano and his wife Edna, both injured, did not require hospital treatment. A separate incident on Route 3 near Route 49 led to a summons for Francis Wildrick on unsafe tires after his car rolled over.
