Youth Injured On Span In Oswego Train Accident

A 14 year old Dale Stanford was seriously injured when struck by a ConRail train while walking on the railroad bridge near Oswego Middle School. He underwent emergency surgery for a mangled left foot and other injuries and remained in Syracuse hospital in good condition.
