State Bank of Oshkesah to Build New 20000 Home on Oregon Street
The State Bank of Oshkesah, the city’s youngest bank by age, breaks ground on a new two story building on Oregon Street. The $20,000 structure will house all departments, feature mahogany and marble interiors, Oshkosh stone front, ladies’ rooms, safety deposit boxes, and a lobby with upper offices. Organized May 2, 1g, the bank’s officers include President R H Minards and cashier Henry Schultheis. Henry Dehne now cashier. Deposits topped $416,000 in 1905 with total resources over half a million. The bank employs four clerks besides officers. directors include J Y Rul, J Z Nigh, John Mulva, and others.
