Family reflections on money and simple pleasures
In a candid fragment, a family notes that happiness grows from home, travel memories, a newborn in an incubator, seasonal joys, and home canning. They question money’s primacy, and consider college expenses, a mother sending food to a son, and a refrigerator dilemma resolved by home meals and an electric coffee pot.
