The Osceola Nebraska city council met in regular session with Mayor E B Almstrom and councilmen Sigler Bond Wobig and Mills present. Bills were audited and approved including payments to First National Bank Reece Tractor Co Wobig & Sons Equip Co and others. The treasurer reported August 1953 balances by fund, and a recommendation to hire a new Legion Club manager after the former moved to California was noted.
