St Marys Altar Society met with eight members. officers were re elected: Clara Lisko president Grace Gonka vice president and Evelyn Lisko secretary treasurer Prizes were awarded to Albin Prososki Lonny Cyza and Clifford Lisko A large Harp of events included a devotion at St Marys Church and several visits to local families and a Lincoln trip for funeral services and a Carol Bollig birthday party happened nearby.

The Ray Conrads spent Sunday with her parents in David City and attended the Flea Market at the KC Hall. Sunday dinner guests included Mrs. May Hastings and York visitors. Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Jones stopped by the Ronald Beebes midweek. A school meal plan lists beef and bacon patties, baked potatoes, apricot sauce, no bake cookies for November 14 to 16 with a menu featuring pork, vegetables, sauces, and desserts.
