The citizens of Osceola adopt resolutions drafted by Rev. L P Norcross praising Hon. J B Finch Secretary of the Nebraska State Temperance Alliance for his lectures. They commend his knowledge, vivid descriptions, and scientific treatment and pledge to support his cause and welcome his return.
