Science works on a compact television apparatus for aerial use to spot enemies and display images in the home base. Lord Chatfield notes the Admiralty has a working shipboard televisor letting a captain watch shell impacts, though its table size makes it unsuitable for planes. Germany pursued a similar system years ago to speed development.
