Calmer McCure Jr Takes Charge of Stromsburg News

Calmer McCure Jr purchased the Stromsburg News and will assume leadership on June Sth. imil Anderson, formerly at Weston, now works for F B Gold & Co. Street Fair starts next Tuesday. Mrs Dr Flippin attended the Eclectic Medical Assoc in Lincoln this week. E E Stanton had his house painted recently. Mrs W E Nickel of Omaha visited the city. A large audience enjoyed the high school program. Mr Chamberlain has moved into the Pollock residence. Last Saturday a surprise 60th birthday party was given to Mr and Mrs Darrow by about 30 friends.
