Play Proves a Success at Osceola Auditorium

A Thursday night stage presentation titled Captain Racket under the Osceola Fire Department drew a large crowd and satisfied patrons. Will O Fallon impressed as Captain Racket while Esther Lees as Clarice charmed the audience amid a series of comic and romantic misunderstandings. Don Byers stood out as Uncle Obadiah. Dwight Alverson and Marjoris Snider gave strong Tolman portrayals. The cast delivered a lively, well-acted production despite a weaker script, ending with general forgiveness and a happy finale.
