District Court Clears 36 Cases In Week Long Term
Last week's term of district court ran Monday to Saturday with Judge Sedgewick presiding. Thirty six cases were disposed, three by jury. John Baker Edward S Larson and August Rubncka were admitted to full citizenship. Thelen and Graves were acquitted on liquor charges. Gadeke v Parsons Band Cutter Co. favored the defendant. Remaining cases settled continued or decided by the district judge.
