The Osceola Nebraska village board unanimously approves J H Smith's request to grade and build bridges on Kimmel and Smith streets at his expense. Specifications attached govern work. upon completion and dedication to the public, the village will accept the roads by ordinance. Adjournment set for March 2.
The annual March meeting of the Polk County Agricultural association is set for Saturday March 4 at 2 p.m. at the courthouse. The foundation for a successful fair will be laid at this meeting and all interested are urged to attend. G. T. Ray, Sec.
