In Polk County Nebraska the County Court will hear claims against the estate of Henry Nebos on September 27 1963 at 10 00 AM in the County Court Room. All claims must be filed by September 26 1963 or they will be barred. Dated May 29 1963 J E Steeple County Judge.
Bids will be received in Lincoln Nebraska on June 13 1963 by the Department of Roads for grading paving culverts and incidental work on the St Paul Osceola Federal Aid Primary Project No F 315 11 spanning 3 6 miles from three miles southwest of Clarks east through Merrick and Polk Counties. Proposals require prequalification and bond equal to 100 of contract and a ten thousand dollar bid deposit. Plans may be viewed in Grand Island or Lincoln.
