Former Stromsburg Pastor Dr. Alfred Trued Dies in Omaha
Dr. Alfred Trued longtime Stromsburg pastor from 1928 to 1945 died at Immanuel Deaconess Home in Omaha on Friday July 12 at age 71. He is survived by daughter Eleanor Fahrer of Wahoo and Constantine Trued of Chicago. Funeral services were conducted at Swedeborg with ministers from Stromsburg District of the Nebraska Conference of the Augustana Synod and Anton Limdeen of Council Bluffs preaching the sermon.
