Mr. W L Slocum of the Electric Inter-Urban Railway Co visits to announce purchasing rights of way for a proposed 160 mile line from Omaha to Hastings. Divorce Granted in Osceola Marital Dispute

Jennie Musselman petitioned the Site district court for divorce from Harvey Musselman on adultery grounds. No defense was filed. the court granted the divorce, $20 monthly support, and custody of their 13 year old son. The couple married in Osceola in 1890 and have lived in Columbus where Musselman works as a railroad brakeman earning $80 monthly.
