Bloodmobile Schedule In Osceola January 24
The Red Cross Bloodmobile will be at the downtown Osceola school auditorium from 10 a.m. to 3 30 p.m. on January 24. Osceola’s blood quota is 98 pints with 87 last year reached at 88 pints. Walk ins are welcome and volunteers may call Mrs Bond at 747 5311.

County assessors start annual property assessments in Osceola with hours 8:30 to 5:00. Osceola Bulldogs Take Third at Clark Invitational
Osceola High School wrestlers finished third in a 16 team Clark Invitational. Five Bulldogs earned medals led by Ray Johnson first at 98 pounds and Rick Johnson second at heavyweight. The team, finishing behind Grand Island Reserves and Columbus Reserves, earned their second-ever tournament trophy and return next to Stromsburg Invitational.

Lions Plan March of Dimes Drive and Eye Glass Aid
Osceola Lions Club met at the city building and outlined plans for the March of Dimes campaign. The Bloodmobile will be in Osceola January 24 with Lions helping unload equipment. Members voted to assist a student with eye glasses, the fourth this school year, under a policy aiding those lacking funds.
