Graveside services were held Wednesday afternoon at Stromsburg Cemetery for Vinni Irene infant daughter of Mr and Mrs Wallace McKeag. Father Victor Derwinski officiated the rites.

Carl Oscar Carlson 83 retired farmer died suddenly January 1 at his home near Silver Creek. Services were held January 4 at 2 p.m. at the M E Church in Osceola with burial in the Swede Plain Cemetery.
Fred G. Randell died Sunday January 3 after a brief illness at his York home. He is survived by three children and five grandchildren. Mrs Randell died December 7. Funeral services set for 11.0.0.F. Home Thursday at 10:00 a.m. and Osceola Funeral Home at 2:30 p.m. Interment in Osceola Cemetery.
