Emily Moore Stone born February 28 1818 in Delaware Ohio died December 30 1898 near Wahoo Nebraska at age 80 years 10 months 2 days. She married Stephen W. Stone January 1 1837 and ten children were born with five surviving. She joined the Episcopal Church early and later the Methodist Church remaining a devout member until death. Her body was interred beside relatives on the family lot in Osceola with funeral held at the M E Church on Tuesday.
