Zella F. Heinemeyer named Administratrix of the estate in Osceola Nebraska, with court action dated July 30 1962 and a 10 oclock A M hearing set in the County Court Room.
A hearing will be held in Osceola Polk County Nebraska at 2 30 p.m. on August 23 1962 before the Polk Merrick School District Reorganization Committees to consider petitions by voters and boards to annex District No 7 and other areas to District No 28 and adjust Districts 19 and 6. The process covers boundary shifts and debt allocations with continued liability for bonded indebtedness and mill levies as described in the filing.
