Regulations on spot lights and vehicle lighting rules
The text states a vehicle may have one spot light aimed away from oncoming traffic and no more than 100 feet ahead. It notes at least one red tail light visible 500 feet rearward, and emphasizes keeping headlights and tail lights in working order. If a head or tail light is out, driving is a violation and repair must be done promptly when directed by police.
