A town lot 75 by 150 feet located within one block of the square in Osceola. The property features 75 feet of good cement walk, fruit trees on the premises, and a fenced chicken yard. For particulars inquire Johnston and Ball.
Osceola residents learned at noon today that H. A. Scott suddenly suffered paralysis affecting his right side. He was en route to the home of Mrs. J. H. Anderson for dinner when the attack occurred and was carried there, now in a semi conscious state unable to move his right side or speak. Friends here sincerely hope for the best.
An Epworth League sociable will be held at the M. E. church Friday at 8 o clock. The program features instrumental music by the Mandolin Club recitations by Miss Nettie Beble Miss Holcomb and Miss Helen Brown a vocal solo by Mrs. R. M. Gillespie cornet and more from Mr. H. W. Wendland and the Mandolin Club. Refreshments of strawberry shortcake cream and coffee will follow. Admission 15 cents. All invited.

English preaching follows at 8 p m on The Fourth Man in the Furnace led by Pastor C J Johnson.
