The Parsonage Committee of the Woman's Association of Park St Church plans a Donnybrook Fair on Saturday June 24 to raise funds for parsonage repairs and the Building Fund. Three Forest Fires Reported in the Trent District
Over the weekend three forest fires were reported in the Trent District. The largest fire covered about 50 acres in Cardiff Township Haliburton County before being controlled. Another fire in Chandos Township Peterborough County reached 15 acres, and a third in Hindon Township was in a remote area with area burned estimated around three weeks.
