Four of five retiring officers were re elected, new board member Mrs Bob Allin. Membership rose to 144 as capital grew from 23403 in 1962 to 25344.62 in 1963. 3 percent dividend to existing shares amounts to 3s or overlap. Mr C Gilkes of Newcastle re elected president. Newell Faces Tobacco Growers Over Surplus Crisis
