Nelson Skelding Deceased in Clarke Ontario 1988
Nelson Skelding died peacefully at home in Clarke Township on May 22 1988 at Lot 25 Concession 8. Born May 29 1852 he lived in Clarke all his life and married Elizabeth Sproule in 1893. The funeral was at his home and Orono Cemetery with Rev J H Osterhout officiating. Survived by wife two sons Melville and Dewitt Harness one daughter Mrs. Dewitt Harness Orono and five grandchildren. Pallbearers were Fred Trull Ray Thornton George Henderson Wilbur Lunn Hartwell Lowery and Robert Ard. floral tributes expressed sympathy from many relatives and friends.

The death of Mrs Rae T Richmond who passed away at her home on West St Napanee on Tuesday May 3rd brought many expressions of sympathy for the bereaved family. She was born at North Fredericksburg about 39 years ago the only child of Mr and Mrs Luke Young of Napanee. She married Mr Richmond lived in Hay Bay Marribank and Napanee and leaves a large number of friends. She is survived by her parents her husband and three children Bruce Hugh and Blanche. Funeral held Thursday at Sit Mary Magdalene Anglican Church with interment at Riverview cemetery. Pallbearers named Meyers Walter Blakely James Gilbert Garry Provins Jack Caldwell Henry Connolly Harold Follis. She was a cousin of Mrs P O’Neil of Newcastle.
