Health Officer Banmer reported one measles case and one tuberculosis case. February births totaled 23 with 17 men and women. License fees for wagon and depot distribution set at 2.50 for the period April 1 to January. The meeting was in the Times Building with Mayor Lawrence presiding.

Jailed for Theft of Umbrellas
William Miles of Jersey City was jailed for three months at Goshen jail after pleading guilty to petty larceny for stealing two umbrellas and merchandise left by Mrs. Minerva Austin on an Ontario & Western train at Weehawken station. Detectives recovered the items at Campbell Hall and on Miles as he tried to depart. The thief claimed intoxication and found property, but was convicted in Middletown records court. Mrs. Austin continued her journey to Walton after witness detainment.
