Oulsville February 6 Charles Caskey of the village recovered a 150 dollar judgment in a suit over a collision between his Ford and the Miller car at Howells last year. The jury trial at Greenleafs Hotel heard that the Miller vehicle was on the wrong side at high speed. A counter claim of 200 against Caskey was rejected. Caskey’s daughter Emma suffered a broken arm. another suit for her damages will be heard at Gothen term. Attorneys were Ivan A. Gariaer and Edward P. Jones for the Millers.
