The New York State Grange holds its forty fourth annual convention in Poughkeepsie this week with about 900 delegates and thousands of Grange members. Franklin D. Roosevelt and Governor Glynn may speak. opening at 10 a.m. at Columbia Institute. A convention post office and Boy Scouts will aid operations. sessions run through Friday with many ceremonies and officer installations.
