Dwellers on Cross Roads Call for Road Improvements in Wallkill
George W. Decker of Hewells NY argues that winter snow clearing creates bare centers forcing auto traffic onto poor cross road surfaces. He cites a Middletown trip where a truck stalled near Melvin Travis premises, urging removal of stone walls for better drainage and land use.
