Governor Grants Conditional Pardon For Juvenile Offender
Raleigh reports one pardon issued at the Governor's office Naomi Ralph Bolick of Catawba county was granted a conditional pardon for assault with a deadly weapon. He was 16 at the time of the offense and had served 12 months. The pardon requires good behavior and lawful conduct. Also covered is the county board of commissioners approving a good roads appropriation of $1,400 for Davidson county, funded by local townships and private subscriptions.
