Chapman University Expands Amid Old Towne Orange Growth
Chapman University has evolved from a liberal arts college to a major Southern California campus over two decades. Ongoing construction under the Specific Plan governs student population and neighborhood impacts as it plans a ten year overhaul. A 1922 brick building is being rehabilitated into a digital arts center and is slated to reopen in late August.
