Mandy Wins Miss American 2017 Pageant Dog Crown

German shepherd Mandy earned the Miss American 2017 title at the second annual pageant. The fundraiser, hosted by Miss City of Orange Katie Wayland, benefits Patriots and Paws and the Children’s Miracle Network hospitals. Dogs were judged on personality obedience costume and more.

Expansion plan for SR-57 northbound between Grangewood and Katella
