Deli expands with 11000 square foot factory in West Orange
The Mattern family business grew into an 11,000 square foot factory in West Orange in 1998 with German and Austrian machinery. It offers up to 90 sausage varieties, ships nationwide, and supplies 500000 bratwursts to the Orange International Street Fair over the years. The City Council honored their decades of service while firefighters saluted them. The family plans to keep the business in the family with Mike Mattern taking over.
