Deformed Frogs Arouse Interest In Ontario Museum Study
Two unusual frogs found in North Hallow County are now at the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto for study. One frog has six legs while the other shows misshapen toes and feet. The Oakville Humane Society brought them to Dr. Peck at the Oakville Animal Clinic who notes the mutations are unusual to find together. He says they likely are not from the same pond, and Royal Ontario Museum researchers will examine possible orbital factors such as radiation.

Death Corner at Trafalgar Base Line under rebuild

The Georgetown council began steps to establish a six member town safety committee by naming three Ward 3 representatives C Blight of 250 Delvex Blvd and F Tyrell of 180 Mountainview Rd N as well as Frail Hue of 57 Ann Street for Ward 1 three more appointments are planned for next Monday The NDP Georgetown area plans to field candidates in upcoming elections and Federal Assistant Secretary Bill Cumpsty urged party members to mobilize across town to influence urban renewal and rents amid a water-related fatality and a youngster drowned incident in the east end.
