Mrs Hutt Celebrates 92nd Birthday in Georgetown

Remembrance Service Held at Glen Williams Cemetery
Over two hundred people attended the third annual Remembrance Service at Glen Williams Cemetery on Sunday June 16. Robert McMaster chaired the organizing committee with Mrs Vern Kirby as secretary-treasurer. Harold C McClure led as master of ceremonies and Rev G Lockhart Royal conducted the service. The hymns included O God our Help in Ages Past What a Friend we have in Jesus and Abide with Me with Eleanor Schenk singing a solo and the 23rd psalm read responsively. A moment of silence was observed for the dead as visitors from Montreal Wiarton Guelph Toronto and nearby districts attended.
