Alles asserts growing CCF support in Halton at Union Hall Oakville meeting. He cites Saskatchewan CCF budget balance, social program gains, doubled old age pension, higher mothers allowances, lower auto insurance costs, and reduced public debt as contrast to Ontario Conservative overemphasis on highways and rising debt.
